About Us

Minexco Inc was established in 2010 and is the holding company for the Minexco Group of Companies.

The Minexco Group, with a strong global footprint, brings together premium expertise in various sectors such as oil & gas, gold and precious metal mining, financial services, pharmaceuticals and real estate.  We draw our strength from the robust backing of a strong corporate structure, as well as the mutually profitable partnerships that has been built with other global companies, governments and communities.

Minexco Inc’s initial project started in Guyana, South America, where it acquired concessions to explore for gold and other precious metals.  From there the company expanded and in 2011 Minexco Inc established a subsidiary called Minexco Petroleum Inc.

Minexco Petroleum was established to focus on exploration projects in the oil and gas sector with a focus on West Africa territories and the Company was awarded concessions to explore for oil and gas in Sierra Leone and in Ghana.

Minexco Inc prides itself on conducting community social programs, thereby bolstering opportunity for locals in education within the Natural Resources Sector.  Participation and education lays the foundations for communities to also benefits from projects for the future.

In addition to our exploration and production activities the Minexco Group, under Minexco Ghana Limited, had been active with the development of numerous projects in West Africa in regards to pharmaceutical and agriculture projects.  Minexco Ghana Limited works in collaboration with respectable local partners to be an active contributor to the infrastructure of Ghana by enhancing opportunities and training concepts for local workers.
